This event will take place from June 5 to June 7, 2026. To ensure smooth preparation for the event, please review our refund and transfer policy below. Please understand that full refunds will be difficult after a certain period, so we kindly ask you to consider your registration carefully.
(Based on the 'Refund Request Date', not the payment date)
Full Refund (100%): For requests made by Thursday, April 30 at midnight.
Partial Refund (50%): For requests made between Friday, May 1 and Wednesday, May 20 at midnight.
(Example: If you paid 300,000 KRW for a Tier 1 Full Weekend pass, 150,000 KRW will be refunded.)
No Refund: From Thursday, May 21 onwards, refunds are strictly unavailable for any reason. (However, transferring your pass to another person is allowed).
Note: If wire transfer fees are incurred (e.g., transfers to other banks), the refund will be issued with the fee deducted.
If you are in the no-refund period or unable to attend due to personal circumstances, you may transfer your pass to another person.
Transfer Deadline: Until Sunday, May 31 at midnight.
Transfer Conditions: To maintain the role balance characteristic of couple dance events, passes can only be transferred to the same role (Leader to Leader, Follower to Follower).
The financial transaction for the pass must be handled directly between the transferor and the transferee.
Once the transaction is confirmed, you must forward the information of both parties (Name / Nickname / Contact Number / Email) to the organizer to finalize the transfer process.
If the event is canceled due to major issues on the organizer's end or uncontrollable natural disasters (force majeure), a full refund (100%) of the paid amount will be provided.
Please note: Personal travel expenses (flights, accommodation, etc.) will not be compensated.
If you fail to attend the event without prior notice, no full or partial refunds will be provided.
